General

Commission requests, refund appeals, and major changes are subject to discretionary approval.

Refunds are permitted with valid reasons but discouraged. Approved refunds will be issued at a rate of 30%-40%.

Promotional and Art Sales transactions are exempt from refund eligibility.

Accepted modes of payment (MOP) are typically outlined in commission posts; additional inquiries are welcomed.

Commission Execution

A reasonable timeframe should be anticipated for the completion of commissioned artwork, prioritizing quality over expedited delivery.

Work on a commission initiates upon the receipt of 50% or full payment. A receipt must be provided for documentation.

Updates on the progress of commissions are not provided on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Turnaround times refer to "business days."

While every effort is made to complete commissions within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to the unpredictable nature of life. Clients may request a partial refund after 40 business days have passed within the turnaround time.

Usage and Rights

Proper crediting is mandatory when posting or utilizing the artwork.

Buyers reserve the right to restrict the display of their commissioned piece on my social platforms or its inclusion in my portfolio. This may require additional payment.

Auction will end 48 hours after last bid, whoever ABs or has the highest bid will receive the adopt.

Adopts are goods and not subject for return.

You may resell The adopt for a higher price.

Holds are only applicable for Auto-buyers, the maximum hold is (7) days

If you are interested in collaborations, commissions, or any projects intended for commercial use, kindly reach out to me via DM or email.

Prices for commercial use differ from personal use and will be discussed exclusively through DMs or email. Please anticipate that prices will start at a minimum of $100.00.

Contracts and agreements will be presented during our discussion to ensure transparency and prevent any potential scams.

I reserve the right to refuse any offer or request alterations to proposed terms.

Refunds will only be considered if the artist fails to meet the agreed-upon deadlines, with a maximum refund of 55% to the buyer.

Payment is required upfront, except in cases where the commission price exceeds $1000.00, in which case an eligible down payment will be arranged.
